Yesterday, March 28th, we gathered in a wonderful company to celebrate the launch of Berrich’s new Firming Touch body cream. It was an event that not only celebrated the launch of a new product, but was also a gathering where inspiration and wisdom were shared. We are deeply grateful to everyone who found the time to spend this important day with us. One of the highlights of the evening was Kaidi Hunt, a beloved facial yoga teacher, who opened the door to the world of gua sha massage and facial yoga. Another special guest, renowned actress and psychologist Rita Rätsepp, shared her thoughts on the importance of self-care. Rita emphasized that taking care of yourself truly starts from within. She shared her personal experiences and wisdom on how each of us can find time in our daily lives to take care of both our mental and physical well-being. Rita’s words resonated deeply, reminding us that self-care is a journey that requires commitment and awareness.
